Smoked Chorizo Braut made with paprika, chili peppers, cumin, red wine vinegar and garlic. Topped with sour crema, chilantro, cheese, sliced peppers and a smokey chipotle sauce, all served or a sweet bun
BACON CHEDDAR
Twice smoked sausage filled with bacon and Tillamook cheddar, seasoned with garlic paprika, white pepper, topped with diced onions, bacon bits and sweet BBQ sauce

Our take on the classic Coney. An eight inch wiener covered in meatless chili then topped with our special Chorizo blend. covered with shredded cheese and a sweet sauce. All served on a brioche bun

Bacon wrapped wiener covered in sport peppers, cheese sauce, the topped with more cheese, bacon bits and fresh herbs.
ANDOUILLE (an-do-we)
A true classic. Our Cajun inspired sausage made with cayenne, thyme, bay leaf and sage. Served on buttered bun with grilled onions and finished off with a smoked cheese blend and Louisiana red sauce
N.W.CHILI
1/4 pound wiener on a squishy bun, covered in chili, with onions, bacon bits, shredded cheese and a special BBQ sauce
LITTLE DARLINS
Mini wiener wraps (8 to an order) our not so insane version of the Little Devils. Served with your choice of side sauces.
THE BUILDER
Not feelin it ? Well then, BUILD YOUR OWN DOG. Start with one of our eight inch wieners on a brioche bun then add any three toppings of your choice. Feeling creative? additional toppings can be added ask for pricing.

Classic wiener with Swiss cheese covered in warm Pastrami, spicy mustard (if you like) Thousand Island dressing and just a touch of flavorful oil

Our normal cheese selection consists of Cheddar, Swiss, Havarti and Colby jack. We do offer a few special blends and varieties depending on or rotating specials please as always refer to our SPECIALS board for selections
SAUCES
Different than mustards. we currently offer BBQ, Chipotle, Sour Crema, Louisiana red, mayo and proudly not a single ketchup at all.
